Treat your Mom to a trip to the Gallery this Mother’s Day, and enjoy special thematic activities throughout the weekend.

Take some time to explore our newest exhibitions, including Laurent Amiot: Canadian Master Silversmith, and the CPI’s The Extended Moment: Fifty Years of Collecting Photographs. Then stop by Café 7 for tapas and beverages, while enjoying the stunning view from the Scotiabank Great Hall.

Art-Making Activities
At the Artissimo kiosk, make a window bouquet she can enjoy all year! Using pressed flowers, visitors will create a sun catcher to give that special someone.

In the new Amiot Family Activity Space, design a unique silver object with rubbing plates and decorate with your favourite symbols and patterns.

I Have a Question ...
Chat about one of our touching works of art depicting mothers and families, courtesy of our friendly docents.
