Nancy McCain

Director of the Emeritus Board​

Nancy McCain is Chair of the Arts Access Fund, a non-profit organization committed to the provision of arts scholarships for youth in need. She has been engaged in the arts professionally with the Art Gallery of Ontario as well as with Sotheby’s in Toronto, London and New York.  Her volunteer roles include past President of the Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery, past Chair of the Canadian Art Foundation and Director of Arts for Children of Toronto (VIBE Arts).  She currently serves as a Director of Soulpepper Theatre, Director of the Toronto Foundation, Director of the Sobey Art Foundation and as a member of the Contemporary Curatorial Committee at the Art Gallery of Ontario. She also sits on the Board of Governors for Acadia University, where she serves as Chair of the Campaign for Acadia. Nancy has an MA in Arts Administration from New York University.
