Kimberly Cudney

Kimberly Cudney is an experienced executive and strategic business leader with a demonstrated track record in the investment management and banking industries. Her past professional experience includes working as Director of Corporate and Investment Banking, as well as Director of Institutional Sales, Trading and Research at Scotiabank. Ms. Cudney retired in 2006 and is now an active community partner in education and the arts across Canada. Kimberly and husband Fraser have a passion for life with a love of the arts, sports, and lifelong learning.
Ms. Cudney was appointed as Vice Chair of the Arts Umbrella Foundation and is a Director of the Arts Umbrella Association Finance and Risk Committees. Ms. Cudney and her husband have for many years, volunteered their time at the Royal St. George’s College, Mr. Philips as President of the RSGC Alumni Association and member of the College’s Board of Directors, while Ms. Cudney has been the President of the Parents’ Guild and member of the Board of Directors. Ms. Cudney also serves as a Director for BC Sailing, Board of Governors for York House School serving on the Advancement/Major Gifts, Finance and Neighbour committees. She is also the Past President of the St. Clements School Executive Guild in Toronto and member of the Patron Program Committee at the Vancouver Art Gallery.
Ms. Cudney lives in Vancouver with husband Fraser Philips, previously Managing Director: Global Mining Research at RBC Capital Markets and currently Senior VP: Investor Relations and Strategic Analysis at Teck Resources Ltd. They have two sons, William and Fielding, and daughter, Georgia.
