Wrappings include a silver plastic bag with sunflower sticker, two pink paper wrappings with snowflake and poodle stickers, folded tissue paper with heart stickers, a folded exhibition poster used as wrapping, a plastic draw-string bag with "F" printed on it, a folded paper bag featuring a General Idea sticker on each side, and a folded paper bag from Tactics.

File consists of four dried sea urchins, wrapped in red tissue, and placed in a gold-coloured box. File also consists of a small note which reads: "Sea Fern, Oceans of love, XXX, Felix", which is fitted into the lid of the box. The note's envelope is addressed "Fifi", Partz's nickname for Bayer.

Felix's Sponge Piece Fruits de Mer. — [after 198-?]. — 1 object.
File consists of a grey cardboard box, which reads "Handy Pal / for the very busy one" and "All over the occasion of your life / it helps you a lot - holding a card, a memo / even a cigarette, as long as you need / it is a always there to help you with various signs"; the corresponding transparent lid holds a red-ink print of a woman with "Compliments of Miss General Idea". Inside, the box contains a folded square of bright pink fabric and a dried sea sponge, wrapped in plastic.

File consists of three pencils, in bright blue, pink and purple. The latter two objects are stuck together by a heart-shaped sticker.

Caravanserai: International Contemporary Art along Jordan's Ancient Incense Route - Project data (folder 1 of 4). — 1984, 1989-1996, 2004. — 7 cm of textual records, 107 photographs.
File consists of records related to a project for a large-scale site-specific international exhibition to be held in various outdoor locations along the historic Incense Route in Jordan, and Bayer's role in bringing together an honourary committee, which consisted of Queen Noor and Princess Wijdan of Jordan, and various ambassadors and business leaders in Jordan. Bayer was also responsible for bringing Japanese curator Fumio Nanjo into the project, and traveled with him to finalize sites, artists and budget matters. Despite preliminary funding from Japan, the project floundered due to the political situation in the Middle East at the time.
File consists of correspondence, clippings and business proposals related to the organization of the above exhibit, as well as a large number of photographs taken by Bayer on her travels with Nanjo through Jordan to select exhibition sites, and many photocopied articles and clippings related to possible artists.

Ontario Heritage Foundation - Provincial Plaque Program, 2003/2004. — 2003-2004. — 2.5 cm of textual records.
File consists of records related to Bayer's research on Sir Edmund Walker (1848-1924), Canadian banker and board member at the Art Gallery of Ontario and the National Gallery of Canada, and artist John Wycliffe Lowes Forster (1850-1938), and her subsequent writing of plaques about them for the Ontario Heritage Foundation. Records include Bayer's research reports, photocopied archival records and clippings, and research notes. File also contains a proposal for a grant towards commissioning a feasibility study on the potential for the creation and programming of an exhibition space at the Elgin & Winter Garden Theatre Centre, Toronto.
File 2.
Artists Against the Occupation. — 2002. — 1 cm of textual records and 28 photographs.
File consists of records related to the organization of the 'Artist's Against the Occupation" exhibition, in which Bayer worked with Jamelie Hassan, Ron Benner, and Mizuko Yakuwa. The exhibit was held at the Forest City Gallery in London, Ontario, between August 7th and September 8th 2002, and at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, from September 23rd to 24th of the same year.
Photographs include 16 negatives and 12 photographs.

Report for Canadian Embassy, Tokyo, on "Status of the General Visual Arts Program and the Gallery of the Embassy". — 1999. — 0.5 cm of textual records and 53 photographs.
File consists of records related to Bayer's preparation of a report to Bruce Barnett, Cultural Counselor and Consul at the Canadian Embassy in Tokyo during a research visit to Japan. Records include the report itself, a list of individuals with whom Bayer met, a detailed daily journal, and photographs.

Historical Furnishings Committee for the Honourable Pauline McGibbon. — 1979-1990. — 3.25 cm of textual records, 10 photographs.
File consists of records related to Bayer's initiation and management of the "Historical Furnishings Committee" for the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, working in collaboration with private art patrons. The project was modeled on those of the White House and the Department of State, Washington, D.C.; the New York State Capitol, Albany; and Rideau Hall, Ottawa, whose staff Bayer consulted. File consists of correspondence, clippings, catalogues, photographs of the Lieutenant Governor's suite and artwork, and reports outlining both the furnishings project and the history of government houses in Upper Canada and Ontario.

John Darby, for Global news, reiterates Manese's story, and again interviews Bayer regarding the Government of Ontario's Art Collection.

File consists of records related to Bayer's overall coordination of the contemporary architectural exhibition, and selection of curatorial team, consisting of George Baird, Ruth Cawker and George Kapelos, for the "Toronto: Le Nouveau Nouveau Monde" exhibition. The exhibition traveled to Paris, Milan and Barcelona, and later toured Frankfurt, Lisbon, Amsterdam and Toronto between 1987 and 1989. Records include correspondence and photographs.

Retrospective of the Films of Michael Snow and CCMC Concert Tour (folder 1 of 2). — 1987-1988. — 115 photographs and other material.
File consists of records related to Bayer's coordination of the above project for the Seibu Department Store, Tokyo, with screenings held in Tokyo, Osaka and Hamamatsu, in 1988. The project also included a Japanese tour of the CCMC ensemble, performing in collaboration with well-known Japanese experimental trumpet player Toshinori Kondo. Records include correspondence, exhibition catalogues, and numerous photographs of Snow, the CCMC Tour, and Toshinori Kondo, as well as location schematics, clippings and project notes. File also contains two audiocassettes of CCMC's music, totaling 120 minutes. One is a recording of a CCMC concert at Osaka's Seibu Yao Hall on February 20th, 1988, with Kondo; the other is a demo tape of CCMC music.
The recording of the CCMC concert has some poor sound quality, and the introductory comments are difficult to hear.
Reference copies are available for both cassettes.
The audiocassettes are stored with the other audio-visual material in the fonds.

File consists of records related to Bayer's coordination of Keeley's work for the Sagacho Exhibit Space, Tokyo. The project included collaboration with artist Yoji Matsumura, and Butoh dancer Goro Namerikawa. A second project with Keeley took the form of an artist-in-residence stay in Imadate, Japan, and a resulting exhibition at Sagacho in 1990. Records include correspondence from Miyako Takeshita, the curator at Sagacho, and others, as well as records and photographs related to Yoji Matsumura and Goro Namaikawa.
