Open daily from 10 am to 5 pm and Thursday to 8 pm.

From 1st October to 30 April:
Open Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm and Thursday to 8 pm.

Exceptions:
Open Monday 12 October (Thanksgiving) and Monday. 28 December. Open at noon on Remembrance Day, 11 November. Closed at 4 pm on Thursday 24 December. Closed 25 December 2009 and 1 January 2010.

Location

The National Gallery of Canada is located near the historic Byward Market, at the corner of Sussex Drive and St. Patrick Street. A Bookstore, a choice of restaurants, an underground parking, a coat check, strollers and wheelchairs are available. The building is fully wheelchair accessible.
