Children & Families

NGC/MBAC

There’s a lot for kids and families to do at the National Gallery of Canada. Drop by for an hour or spend the whole day. Whether it’s looking at art or making art, there’s something for everyone - from toddlers to tweens.

Workshops

Kids get in touch with their creative side and make new friends in our awesome workshops. From an hour-long introduction to art for young apprentices, to day-long adventures in art for older masters, kids will never look at art the same way again.

Camps

For those who want more, our camps let kids explore all kinds of art and materials, over several days. From traditional studio painting and drawing techniques, to printing on T-shirts and making cameras, kids will find talents they never knew they had.
