Fancifully assuming the identities of poodles, the three artists of General Idea review film clips of Miss General Idea 1968 - their very own artistic muse, model and alter ego -- in quest of what they call their "lunatic inspiration." This videotape is a classic example of General Idea's always pithy parodies of social mores, cultural values, and the art industry.
