Roland Poulin     
Roland Poulin was born 17 April 1940 in St Thomas, Ontario. Since 1986, he has lived in Sainte-Angèle de Monnoir, Quebec. After studying at the École des beaux-arts de Montréal from 1964-to 1969, he worked with Mario Mérola as his assistant on public art projects during 1969 and 1970. In 1992, Roland Poulin was awarded the Prix Ozias- Leduc for his work as a visual artist by the Fondation Émile-Nelligan.
