Geoffrey Farmer
Geoffrey Farmer lives and works in British Columbia. He attended the San Francisco Institute of Art from 1991-92 and the Emily Carr College of Art and Design in 1993.
His research based projects result in multi-media installations that combine video, film, performance, drawing, sculpture, found objects and texts. The work is based on complex readings of popular culture (movie, book).
In 2003 Geoffrey Farmer was awarded the Shadbolt VIVA AWARD given to encourage emerging visual artists in British Columbia.
