Ya, Teen Council

The Teen Council is a diverse group of teens that program activities for teens and the general public, using art, music, and activism as a means of promoting social justice issues.
Over last few years, the National Gallery of Canada’s Teen Council has made a conscious decision to explore social justice themes through art, music, and activism. In the past, the Teen Council has explored issues of homelessness, human rights, and the environment. This year’s focus is on celebrating our diverse identities and common values by confronting racism and supporting the equality of cultures and subcultures.
